Called first thing on a Monday morning to inquire about getting a garbage disposal replaced same day. Plumber arrived at our house within an hour and a half. He did a wonderful job and was done in less than 30 minutes. Very professional. Would use again and recommend to others.

Wow! Quick service! We had a plumbing issue happen overnight that caused water damage when a pipe fitting failed. I called ITB early the next morning and they had a guy at my door first thing. He was very courteous and efficient. He had our water line repaired and back on by 9:30! Definitely recommend.

These guys are awesome!!! They were able to come out same day and quickly fix and replace a broken grinder pump!!!! If you are looking for a fast, clean, and professional plumber at reasonable rates look no further!!!! I am interested in installing a sprinkler system for my yard and these guys do backflow preventers as well!!! They totally are the one stop shop!!! I will be having them back out for all my future plumbing needs!!!

ITB did a superb job of installing a new valve 5 feet underground in front of our facility - they completed the entire job in less than 5 hours and they completely cleaned up and graded the excavation site prior to leaving. Their bill was reasonable and well worth the money.

Terrible customer service. The gentleman that answers the phone has zero concept of how to speak to a paying customer. I am shocked they have been in business this long and I am VERY skeptical about the preview reviews, as there are only three(3) and only 1 of the 3 has actually reviewed other companies.
